I have ten years experience planning, designing and building both websites and online software. During this time I have developed a passion for creating systems that are highly usable, accessible and meet the business needs of my clients.

Combining my strengths as both an Information Architect and front end developer I am able to bring a unique set of skills to my work. I take a very collaborative approach to each project ensuring that all stakeholders and team members are involved and are able to contribute to creating a successful end product.

For larger, more complex projects I team up with coldpie - a web based software agency in North West London.

The main objective of the site rebuild was to provide a new navigational structure and site design that reflects the quality of the colleges offering as well as highlighting its strong position within the local community. We achieved this by:
- Creating an engaging, dynamic design
- Providing clear, hierarchical navigation structures
- Increasing the interactive nature of the site

The Dying Matters coalition

With Panlogic

Part of the National Council for Palliative Care (NCPC), the Dying Matters coalition site had the dual purpose of encouraging organisations to join the coalition and encouraging people and organisations to talk about end of life care by sharing their stories and events on the site. To achieve this we created a site that:
- Showcased the stories and events users and coalition members had shared
- Showcased coalition members and their activities
- Provided resources and support to those currently planning their own or a loved ones end of life care

The Casting Collective provides supporting artistes to the film, television and photographic industries. Tasked with redesigning & rebuilding the Casting Collective’s website we:
- Brought the site inline with new branding
- Improved and simplified the overall layout and navigational structure
- Improved the usability and sophistication of the artiste search

GCC Business Unit

Greenwich Community College (GCC) were re-branding their employer response service and required a new Business Unit site to link from the current GCC website (also a coldpie project). Building on offline design work completed by Richard White we created a site that incorporated:
- News, events and a blog
- Employer showcases
- Training course search and application system

Security Industry Authority (SIA)

With Panlogic

The SIA site had to address the needs of security personnel who where applying or re-applying for a licence, many of whom had limited knowledge of and access to the internet. Working with extensive user research conducted by Bunny Foot we created a number of online tools to ensure they found the information they required easily and quickly:
- A licence identifier to ensure users know which type of licence they need
- A step by step guide to applying for a licence
- An approved training providers search
